Welcome to my website!

This is the Official (and as far as I know ... ONLY ) website dedicated to the stand-up comedy of Tim Collins. Thanks for taking the time to peruse the pages. By the way ... if you do find another website dedicated to my stand-up ... let me know, I'd love to check it out, it's probably better than this one!

And now I wax poetic ...

In pondering the meaning of life one day ... I saw the 'Comedy and Tragedy' icons and thought, life is too short for tragedy. Then ironically enough, I came across a quote from Plato. "Even the Gods love jokes." So I adapted the 'Comedy and Tragedy' icons to suit my personal philosophy of life and the quote by Plato as my personal mantra.

While doing further exhaustive study on my new mantra at an Irish pub, I suddenly realized the validity of this simple statement. Here was one of the greatest minds in history , that still had sense enough to figure out that EVERYONE loves a good laugh. And this is how I live my life ... and I don't mean when its convenient or even appropriate for that matter!

So I think this is what you should to do ... after you've looked at the rest of my website of course.

Finished so soon? Well then, get up, go out ... and watch some live stand-up. Laugh out loud. Believe me, it will do you some good. And have a drink while your at it ... that would probably do you a bit of good too.
